Please make sure prior to purchasing that your shipping address is correct! Etsy will keep old addresses as defaults - please double check this as it is not easy to change your shipping address once you have placed your order. Please make sure you double check all spelling, dates, times, etc. when ordering items that require personalization.

If you are ordering this item as a gift and shipping it directly to the person you are gifting this to, please Make sure to mark it as a gift so we can include a hand written gift message. Receipts with pricing are NOT given when marked as a gift. If you are purchasing this item as a gift but shipping it to yourself to gift later, PLEASE DO NOT mark this item as a gift so we can include your order information when shipping.

If you get a shipping notification that your item is still in “pre transit”, please know once the item has left our office, we can not control the scans of the USPS. It is not uncommon for the USPS to miss scanning an item, unfortunately leaving the item difficult to track. If there is an issue with your item that delays the ship date, we will message you. If you would like to pick up your item, please make sure you put it in either the personalization field if applicable or in the notes section when purchasing. Pick up times are Monday - Friday 10-4 excluding holidays. If these times do not work for you, please message us so we can make accommodations for you to get your order! Please note when your item ships, you will get an email where you can track your item through Etsy. Please make sure you do this prior to messaging where your order is. If your item was a delivered but not to your home, please make sure to contact USPS, not us as we are not able to see this information. If your item was delivered wrong or broken, please message us!

Most of our items are custom made and are not eligible for returns or exchanges or refunds. This applies to all items where you are choosing personalization including names and dates. Orders cannot be canceled if we have already made the item. Most of our items are laser cut, and are fragile. Please handle with care. We are not responsible for broken items unless they arrived broken.

COLORS ON SCREENS WILL VARY VS COLORS IN PERSON. We have done our best to show a true representation of colors, but please note that brightness, resolution, etc varies from different phones to computers.

This listing is for a single name approximately 18 inches wide. This is perfect for a Baby's nursery or a birthday party backdrop!

Important notes regarding this listing:

- Name is 18 inches wide. Some names will appear larger than others based on the number of letters in the name. Please see photos regarding this.

- Height will vary since these names are hand lettered. Range can vary from 5 inches - 8 inches, depending on name. Dimensions will be given during proofing proces.

- We use 1/4 birch plywood. If you choose natural, this will give you a great canvas for painting or staining if you choose.

- Staining color will vary due to wood. There may be a stain smell when receiving this product. This is common since stain is very strong in smell.

- You will need to hang this yourself and we do not provide ways to hang name in the package. Recommendations for hanging include - command strips, nailing directly into wall.

- Names WILL BE FRAGILE! This is common for any laser cut items. PLEASE handle with care. We try to make them as sturdy as possible, but use two hands when handling.

- If you want a MIDDLE NAME, please contact me and I will set up a custom listing for you!

- If 24 inches is too big or small, we have different sizes in our shop on different listings!

- There are NO FONT OPTIONS to choose from. These are hand lettered. We will send you a proof within 48 hours of you purchasing this item.

- There are no cancellations (once product has been made), returns or exchanges - this is a custom item.
