Please make sure prior to purchasing that your shipping address is correct! Etsy will keep old addresses as defaults - please double check this as it is not easy to change your shipping address once you have placed your order. Please make sure you double check all spelling, dates, times, etc. when ordering items that require personalization.

If you are ordering this item as a gift and shipping it directly to the person you are gifting this to, please Make sure to mark it as a gift so we can include a hand written gift message. Receipts with pricing are NOT given when marked as a gift. If you are purchasing this item as a gift but shipping it to yourself to gift later, PLEASE DO NOT mark this item as a gift so we can include your order information when shipping.

If you get a shipping notification that your item is still in “pre transit”, please know once the item has left our office, we can not control the scans of the USPS. It is not uncommon for the USPS to miss scanning an item, unfortuentely leaving the item difficult to track. If there is an issue with your item that delays the ship date, we will message you. If you would like to pick up your item, please make sure you put it in either the personalization field if applicable or in the notes section when purchasing. Pick up times are Monday - Friday 10-4 excluding holidays. If these times do not work for you, please message us so we can make accommodations for you to get your order! Please note when your item ships, you will get an email where you can track your item through Etsy. Please make sure you do this prior to messaging where your order is. If your item was a delivered but not to your home, please make sure to contact USPS, not us as we are not able to see this information. If your item was delivered wrong or broken, please message us!

Our store address is 1332 Wilfred Drive Orlando, FL 32803. It is a white building off the corner of Mills and Virginia behind 7-11, The Lampshade Fair (Now Mills50 Bar) and Pig Floyds.

Most of our items are custom made and are not eligible for returns or exchanges or refunds. This applies to all items where you are choosing personalization including names and dates. Orders cannot be canceled if we have already made the item. Most of our items are laser cut, and are fragile. Please handle with care. We are not responsible for broken items unless they arrived broken.

1. While we do our best to make our laser cut items as sturdy as possible, this item is fragile, so please handle with care!

2. Acrlyic toppers can be hand washed after use.

3. The back of the mirrored Acrylic is grey as that is the way the product is made in production and the "reflective" part of the acrylic.
