If you get a shipping notification that your item is still in “pre transit”, please know once the item has left our office, we can not control the scans of the USPS. Most of our items are custom made and are not eligible for returns or exchanges or refunds. This applies to all items where you are choosing personalization including names and dates. Orders cannot be canceled if we have already made the item. Most of our items are laser cut, and are fragile. Please handle with care. We are not responsible for broken items unless they arrived broken.
COLORS ON SCREENS WILL VARY VS COLORS IN PERSON. We have done our best to show a true representation of colors, but please note that brightness, resolution, etc varies from different phones to computers.
