Please make sure prior to purchasing that your shipping address is correct! If you are ordering this item as a gift and shipping it directly to the person you are gifting this to, please Make sure to mark it as a gift so we can include a hand written gift message. Receipts with pricing are NOT given when marked as a gift. If you are purchasing this item as a gift but shipping it to yourself to gift later, PLEASE DO NOT mark this item as a gift so we can include your order information when shipping.
If you get a shipping notification that your item is still in “pre transit”, please know once the item has left our office, we can not control the scans of the USPS. It is not uncommon for the USPS to miss scanning an item, unfortunately leaving the item difficult to track. If there is an issue with your item that delays the ship date, we will message you. If you would like to pick up your item, please make sure you put it in either the personalization field if applicable or in the notes section when purchasing. Pick up times are Monday - Friday 10-4 excluding holidays. If these times do not work for you, please message us so we can make accommodations for you to get your order! Please note when your item ships, you will get an email where you can track your item through Etsy. Please make sure you do this prior to messaging where your order is. Our store address is 1332 Wilfred Drive Orlando, FL 32803. It is a white building off the corner of Mills and Virginia behind 7-11, The Lampshade Fair (Now Mills50 Bar) and Pig Floyds.
Most of our items are custom made and are not eligible for returns or exchanges or refunds. This applies to all items where you are choosing personalization including names and dates. Orders cannot be canceled if we have already made the item. Most of our items are laser cut, and are fragile. Please handle with care. We are not responsible for broken items unless they arrived broken.
COLORS ON SCREENS WILL VARY VS COLORS IN PERSON. We have done our best to show a true representation of colors, but please note that brightness, resolution, etc varies from different phones to computers.

Custom, Hand Lettered Calligraphy "You, me and the Dogs" is perfect for a couple as you can customize the name and date! Size is approximately 4.6” x 4.4”.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the natural characteristics of wood, each ornament in either natural wood or wood stained finish may have slight flaws and variations that are uncontrollable. THIS INCLUDES COLOR. This adds to the beauty of each individual ornament and door hanger. ALSO NOTE, acrylic is a type of plastic/plexiglass. It is not a heavy material. If you are expecting this ornament to have weight, it will not. Mirrored acrylic only comes in 1/8 thickness and once we cut the design, we are cutting away most of the material, making this ornament sturdy, but very light weight due to the nature of the material.
When purchasing, please indicate Name and Wedding Date, or ANY date in personalization field. ANY date and ANY year can be added to this ornament. Examples: Est. 2020, or 10.21.2018 or May 21, 2019. Please make sure to list the date exactly how you want it. What ever you list on your order will be what is printed on your ornament. If you would like the month spelled out, or the month as a number, please indicate that in the notes!
