When purchasing, please add image in Note to Seller. Image should be of clear quality of at least 300dpi - WITH pet sitting, facing the camera. The better the quality and the better the picture, the better the results. IF YOU SEND A PHOTO WITH ANY PART OF THE PET CUT OFF, THIS WILL BE REFLECTED ON THE ORNAMENT.

***Higher quality photo files will produce better results. Prior to engraving, if Seller thinks that photo image will result in poor engraving, Seller will reach out to you prior to start. Seller is not responsible for poor engraving results due to pet not facing camera, or low image quality. Please note that if your pet is wearing a hat, a tshirt, a bandana, a scarf, a collar, etc, IT WILL ENGRAVE! If your pet is not looking at the camera, the photo engraved will be your pet not looking at the camera!
